DESCRIPTION:Temple Beth Am is proud to support the Religious Action Center'
 s "Every Voice\, Every Vote: The Reform Movement's 2022 Civic Engagement C
 ampaign".\n\nThis campaign focuses on combating voter suppression\, specif
 ically those of black and brown Americans. We are grateful to Debbie Shust
 er for leading our community's effort and Diane Baer for supplying postage
  as needed. Feel free to contact Debbie with questions.\n\n\nWhen you sign
  up\, you are sent postcards in packs of 30\, names and addresses of impac
 ted voters\, and a script to write on each postcard. These postcards help 
 people to navigate the voting system in their states. You add postage. To 
 receive stamps\, contact Debbie.\n\nThis is a great project to do with you
 r family\, friends\, and neighbors\; we encourage you to set up postcard w
 riting parties. The Beth Am community will be hosting postcard parties to 
 help connect our Beth Am community through this valuable work\, stay tuned
  for more information.\n\nYou do need to sign up by Friday July 22\, to be
  part of this first round. We will probably have another round after this 
 one. Thank you for supporting this campaign\, helping everyone have access
  to voting\, and working to uphold the strength of our democracy together.
