Homeless to Renter (H2R) Simchat Sukkot

Saturday, September 29, 7:15 PM
Temple Beth Am
Cost: $18

Join Rabbi Jason R. Levine and Linda Olsen, Housing Project Director with the Washington State Coalition Against Domestic Violence, to celebrate Sukkot at Temple Beth Am under the sukkah and support Temple Beth Am’s Homeless to Renter (H2R) program’s success in transforming lives. We will enjoy this festival – both under the sukkah and indoors – with food, good spirit, fellowship, and hope.

Linda has coordinated the Domestic Violence Housing First pilot project, which tested housing stability strategies for domestic violence survivors. This has evolved into a five-year demonstration and research project focusing on systems change and measuring long-term outcomes for survivors and their children. At this event, she will share her extensive experience in the field of domestic violence and its impact on surviving families with us. Register on ChaverWeb.
