On Friday, November 6th at noon, please join us in the Beth Am library for a talk by Sandy Barnes: “Placing a Stolpersteine (Holocaust Memorial) in Amsterdam.”
Sandy Barnes, a Beth Am member, placed a Stolpersteine (stumbling stone memorial) in October 2022 for family members who died in the Holocaust. The Stolpersteine is a small brass marker placed in front of the last place the victim voluntarily lived. Come hear about her journey, how she did it, and about Stolpersteine. The program includes a short film of the ceremony in Amsterdam and a discussion at the end.
