Seattle by Water: Day of Adventure Touring by BoatCome enjoy a day on the water with friends aboard a 46 foot yacht! We’ll begin our cruise in Elliott Bay, seeing downtown up close from the water, then head past Discovery Park to the Ballard Locks. We’ll transit the locks and head through the Ship Channel into Lake Union for an up close tour of the floating homes, boat communities and Seattle skyline. We’ll head East into Portage Bay and through the Montlake Cut into the open waters of Lake Washington. Depending on the timing of our trip there may be an opportunity for some swimming in either Lake Washington or Lake Union. We’ll wind our day down with a trip back through the Ballard Locks, ending our journey at Elliot Bay Marina. Lunch, snacks, and drinks will be provided on our cruise.

A 2.5 to 3 hour Tabletop Role Playing Game set in space! Participants will be led through a collaborative storytelling game by experienced game masters. No experience is necessary. A 3 hour workshop to create a piece of art made from re-purposed materials and programmable LEDs!
Participants will create a 6″ x 6″ piece of unique art from re-purposed materials. The art piece will have programmable LEDs in which you may choose the color patterns and display patterns. If interested, we will teach you the basics of the code used to run the light display and let you experiment. No experience needed – all information and materials provided by experienced teachers. Additional materials will be available to take home if you are having too much fun and do not finish.
