Bet Alef Meditative Synagogue, Camp Solomon Schechter, Congregation Beth Shalom, Congregation Tikvah Chadashah, Herzl-Ner Tamid, Hillel UW, JConnect Seattle, Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle, JFS Seattle, Kol Ami: A Center for Jewish Life, Moishe House Seattle, PJ Library, Seattle Jewish Community School, Stroum Jewish Community Center, Temple Beth Or, Temple B’nai Torah, The Cardozo Society, Temple De Hirsch Sinai, The Holocaust Center for Humanity, The Kavana Cooperative, and URJ Camp Kalsman.
Your commitment to community, inclusion, and pride is deeply appreciated.
There are a great many issues that burden our community, and much sacred work that is to be done. Even though the Seattle Jewish Community has a limit on how much we can undertake, the joint work and passion of all the Jewish community can make significant changes in our world. We encourage everyone to find the issue or project that is most meaningful to you and bring justice to all.
Below is a small collection of resources on a number of current issues that impact the LGBTQ+ community. Please explore them for yourself, and use them to inspire new conversations, learning, and action. Feel free to contact Temple Beth Am for more resources: temple@templebetham.org.
