Join Elliott Weiss in a meditative exploration of the Four Worlds of Kabbalah and the Jewish Four (or Five) Levels of the Soul. No experience required in Kabbalah, Jewish mystical practice or meditation. Each session will include a teaching centered on one of the worlds/levels, formal practice, and an opportunity to reflect on your experience. Please commit to at least 3 of the 4 sessions.
