Please join us to celebrate Temple Beth Am’s 70th Anniversary Gala at the gorgeous Bell Harbor on the Seattle Waterfront on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 6:30 PM. We’ll eat, drink, dance, and enjoy one another’s company as we take in the beautiful views and incredible musical talent of Chava Mirel and her talented local band. 

This year, to honor our 70th anniversary, we will be moving our community builder auction and raffle to Purim, making the gala a night to simply thank and celebrate both longtime and new Temple Beth Am supporters. Even without those elements, our gala remains Temple Beth Am’s primary source of annual fundraising revenue beyond dues, helping sustain our essential programs and community needs. It is also an amazing time to dress up, wine and dine, dance, and celebrate our connections with one another!

Platinum Anniversary Sponsorship ($7,000): Includes a table (ten guests), two drink tickets per guest, two parking passes, and full-page message/recognition in the program. For attendees, this package includes a $5,500 tax-deductible donation to Beth Am. If you cannot attend but still wish to show your support as a sponsor, or you do not utilize all of your guests, you will receive the difference of $150 per person, up to full value of your gift as a tax-deductible donation.  

Diamond Sponsorship ($5,000): Includes four guest tickets, two drink tickets per guest, a parking pass, and full-page message/recognition in the program. For attendees, this package includes a $4,400 tax-deductible donation to Beth Am. If you cannot attend but still wish to show your support as a sponsor, or you do not utilize all of your guests, you will receive the difference of $150 per person, up to full value of your gift as a tax-deductible donation.  

Gold Sponsorship ($2,500): Includes two guest tickets, four drink tickets, a parking pass, and half-page message/recognition in the program. This package includes a $2,200 tax-deductible donation to Beth Am. If you cannot attend but still wish to show your support as a sponsor, or you do not utilize all of your guests, you will receive the difference of $150 per person, up to full value of your gift as a tax-deductible donation. 

Ruby Chai Sponsorship ($1,800): Includes two guest tickets, four drink tickets, a parking pass, and quarter-page message/recognition in the program. This package includes a $1,500 tax-deductible donation to Beth Am. If you cannot attend but still wish to show your support as a sponsor, or you do not utilize all of your guests, you will receive the difference of $150 per person, up to full value of your gift as a tax-deductible donation.

Silver Sponsorship ($1,000): Includes two guest tickets, two drink tickets, a parking pass, and a sixth of a page message/recognition in the program. This package includes a $700 tax-deductible donation to Beth Am. If you cannot attend but still wish to show your support as a sponsor, or you do not utilize all of your guests, you will receive the difference of $150 per person, up to full value of your gift as a tax-deductible donation. 

Tickets: Individual guest tickets are $180 each and include a drink ticket, appetizers, dinner, table-side wine, and entertainment.

Event Details

Building on everything we learned from last year, this year’s festive gala will be a joyful and stress-free anniversary party to celebrate our special Beth Am community! 

The night will start at the beautiful Bell Harbor on Seattle’s waterfront at 6:30pm with cocktails, appetizers, complimentary sparking wine, and Havdalah in a beautiful room overlooking the water. From there we will enjoy a sit down dinner and dessert dash, where each table bids on an array of fabulous table-size desserts, with entertainment from Chava Mirel and her amazing Gala band. Then the night will be topped off with lively music and dancing.  

 We’re so excited to welcome back our amazing Gala band this year! Featuring the magical musical stylings of internationally-touring violinist Coleen Dieker and our own special guest High Holiday pianist Jake Sele from the Seattle Symphony, as well as some more of Seattle’s greatest musicians. They will be playing party hits from across the decades to celebrate 70 years of Temple Beth Am. 

 Parking will be available in the connected Bell Street Pier Garage for a seamless night out! 

How the Gala Helps Support our Annual Budget

The Gala helps us raise over 6% of our annual operating budget. This ensures we can continue the important work of: 

• Welcoming new members looking for Jewish connections here in Seattle  

• Providing pastoral care to our families in their times of celebration and mourning  

• Offering youth learning – experiential education, B’nai Mitzvah observances, trips, and social experiences to deepen our youth’s connection to Judaism  

• Providing over $100,000 in scholarships for Gan, Seed, and camp to families in need 

• Providing engaging adult learning and connection programs to enrich our minds 

• Holding retreats for youth and families to strengthen our relationships  

• Offering Community Engagement programs, festivals, carnivals, meals, and events to celebrate Shabbat, holidays, and build relationships  

• Sharing spiritual blessings and music every week at Shabbat and during the High Holy Days  

• Helping the wider community through food and housing insecurity programs, immigrant support, and other Tzedek work
