Join us for on Tuesday, May 5, for an evening concert with special guest Rabbi Deborah Sacks Mintz to celebrate the release of her new album, Songs from the Beit Midrash.
Deborah’s third album is a new collection of songs designed for communal uplift, spiritual sustenance, and reverent joy. Titled Songs From The Beit Midrash – inspired by the creative nature of the beit midrash and the wealth of Torah housed within – and anchored by an ensemble of musicians leading the folk, jazz, and world music scenes – Deborah contributes eleven new melodies rooted in Jewish liturgy into the communal cannon.
Tickets are free for members of Beth Am, Beth Shalom, and Kavana. We kindly request an $18 donation to our Music Fund for guest tickets.
