LGBTQ Equality

Since its founding, Temple Beth Am has been committed to working with others in the greater community on social action. We are honored to carry this tradition into a variety of social equality initiatives.

From marching in the Pride Parade to organizing phone banks for R74, our rabbis and members are active supporters of LGBTQ issues throughout the community, proving LGBTQ Jews have a home at TBA. To participate in future activities, contact

Jewish Community Pride Shabbat

Temple Beth Am is proud to once again be a community partner for Pride Shabbat! Join the Seattle Jewish community for Pride Shabbat 2017. Pride Shabbat is open to the community and is a celebration of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning Jews, friends, families, and allies. Guests will be welcomed at 6:30 PM with pre-neg appetizers followed by a 7:30 PM service and concluding wtih a dessert oneg to celebrate the evening.
